There are 2 types of registration for the 2025 AVA Annual Scientific Meeting.
In-Person Registration – Join us in Kissimmee, Florida, September 19-21, 2025 (pre-meeting workshops available at additional fee and will be held on September 18th) for education, networking and some FUN! You can earn up to 31+ CEs with this registration type. 16 CEs will be available to you during the in-person event (more CEs offered if you attend a pre-meeting workshop). Starting on October 13, 2025 you can listen to any session that you missed in Colorado to earn an additional 15 CEs. See registration fees and other details below.
AVA On-Demand Registration – Unable to join us in Kissimmee, Florida? We will miss you but have provided an alternative way for you to still obtain CEs and get the amazing education from AVASM25! Register for AVA On-Demand and you will have access to 20 CEs. Starting on October 13, 2025 you can watch the sessions presented at the In-Person conference at your convenience. Some presentations will be video recordings and others will be audio/slides only. See registration fees and other details below. On-Demand Registration ends October 31, 2025.
Please note that there is NO live streaming registration option for AVASM25, please choose from one of the options listed above for this meeting.

You must be registered at the In-Person meeting rate to collect your registration materials at the Gaylord Rockies Resort in Colorado.
This registration type is available for those that cannot attend the in-person conference in Colorado. On-Demand content will be available to you to watch at your convenience from October 13, 2025 through December 12, 2025.

All major credit cards and institutional checks are accepted. Personal checks will not be accepted.
To register online using an intuitional check (check from your employer), please complete the online registration form and select the “Pay by Check” option. Then your employer or organization should mail a check with a copy of your confirmation email to the address below.
After August 1, check payments will not be accepted. All outstanding balances must be paid using a credit card submitted online or over the phone.
Cash will not be accepted onsite in Kissimmee, Florida. Credit cards only after August 1 and onsite.

As an AVA Scientific Meeting attendee, you have been asked to provide your name and other contact information so that we can send you updates on this meeting. AVA may also send you emails and/or mailings in the future to share information regarding AVA membership, or upcoming AVA events. You will be asked to select your privacy setting when you register.
AVA provides 2025 AVA Meeting attendee lists to our exhibitors and sponsors as a benefit of their support. The following information is provided to them for one-time usage in a spreadsheet format: name, title, company, and mailing address. Email and phone numbers are NEVER shared. You will be asked to select your privacy preferences when you register. Choosing NOT to share your information could prevent receipt of special hospitality events and extra-curricular educational invitations.
Onsite Privacy: Note that your full contact information (title, organization, mailing address, phone, email) is encoded in your name badge bar code received at registration. By allowing your badge to be scanned by exhibitors, you grant permission to any and all companies that scan your badge to contact you, regardless of the privacy policy option you select when you register.
Event Website Privacy: Note that your full contact information (title, organization, mailing address, phone, email) may be visible if you choose to share your information when creating your meeting website account. By choosing to share your information with attendees and exhibitors, you grant permission to any and all companies that come into contact with you to contact you regardless of the privacy policy option you select.
Requests must be submitted in writing to AVA Registration by email to meetings@avainfo.org. The following cancellation fees will apply:
Written notice of cancellation received by the AVA 2025 Scientific Meeting Registration Manager, no later than 11:59 PM EST on August 17, 2025, will result in a refund of workshop fees paid less a $75 processing fee. Please submit cancellation requests to meetings@avainfo.org. Refunds are not permitted for cancellations received after 11:59 PM EST on August 17, 2025. All refunds will be issued utilizing the same method as the initial payment. No-shows are non-refundable.
AVA Membership Dues are not refundable

Groups of 4 or more going to the in-person meeting in Florida can receive a discount on in-person full meeting registration and should register online to take advantage of the group rate. Groups of 4 or more attendees will be eligible for a $50 discount on each in-person full meeting registration. No Group discounts are given for the On-Demand Registration.
Example:
5 attendees registering for the in-person full meeting will receive a total $250 discount on the registrations (5 attendees x $50 = $250). All registrations must be submitted at the same time, making one payment to receive the group discount, and all registered for in-person full meeting. Discount cannot be applied to registrations that are not submitted as a group. Discount applies to attendees only; exhibiting companies purchasing additional personnel badges are not eligible. To register a group online, please fill out the registration form for the first attendee and click “Add Additional Registrant” before you proceed to payment.
In the unlikely event of conference cancellation, AVA will refund 100 percent of the registration fees paid. AVA assumes no liability for any other fees, charges, penalties, or other incidental costs that a registrant might incur as a consequence of cancellation.
Registration fees are not deductible as charitable contributions for tax purposes. Consult your tax advisor, as they may be deductible under sections of the tax code.
Due to the professional nature of this conference, children under the age of 18 are not permitted in the educational sessions or the Exhibit Hall; unless prior arrangements have been made through AVA.
