Tara White, MSN, RN CIC CNL

Tara White has over 22 years of diverse direct healthcare delivery experience with just over half of that experience leading various Infection Prevention and Control teams. She has managed programs in multiple academic acute care settings and in a stand-alone multi-state pediatric healthcare system. She is currently the Global Market Development Manager for Solventum’s IV Site Management Segment. She is also a process improvement content expert and has a unique problem-solving perspective.
Ms. White has a diverse background in healthcare and has held positions throughout her career as a clinical nurse in critical care, emergency medicine, and infection prevention, and has also provided direct care consulting services for both emergency management and long-term care facilities. Meeting patients where they are is her constant focus and she is beyond excited to be able to do that now on a global level. In addition to Tara’s advanced practice master’s degree in nursing, she holds dual board certifications as a certified infection control practitioner (CIC) and as a clinical nurse leader (CNL).
