Debra Armbruster, PhD, APRN-CNP, NNP-BC, CPNP-PC, C-ELBW, C-NNIC is Neonatal Nurse Practitioner who attended The Ohio State University graduating in 1996 with her MS and 2009 with her PhD. She is currently employed as a Neonatal Nurse Practitioner at The Ohio State University Wexner Medical Center in the Nationwide Children’s Hospital Level III NICU. She is on the NCH Travel PICC Team and leads her NNP team for Vascular Access. Debra has been RN for 40 years, an NNP for 30 years. she has been placing neonatal PICCs for nearly 30 years.
