Justine Moore, RN, MSN, VA-BC, CPHQ, is a healthcare leader and Medicine Services Manager at Yale New Haven Hospital. With over 20 years of clinical and leadership experience, she has led impactful CQI initiatives across 24 medicine units—driving patient outcomes, operational efficiency, and team engagement.
