Justine Moore, RN, MSN, VA-BC, CPHQ, is a healthcare leader and Medicine Services Manager at Yale New Haven Hospital. With over 20 years of clinical and leadership experience, she has led impactful CQI initiatives across 24 medicine units—driving patient outcomes, operational efficiency, and team engagement.
She holds a Master of Science in Nursing with a focus on Executive. Justine is accomplished in Lean Six Sigma, DMAIC methodology, strategic planning, and is passionate about mentoring emerging leaders in healthcare.
Her work has been published and shared widely including AVA, NAHQ Next, and the CT Nurse Research Conference. Justine’s presentations often focus on innovative approaches to reducing hospital-acquired conditions, improving blood culture practices, and empowering bedside nurses through data-driven strategies.
She is a recipient of multiple awards, including the YNHH Nurse of the Year and the Marita Titler Evidence-Based Nursing Award, and continues to advocate for excellence, and continuous learning in healthcare.
