My name is Maria Tisei and I am a pediatric surgical nurse at Rady Children's Hospital in San Diego, CA . I have been a part of the inpatient surgical team for over 17 years. This year I was invited to be a fellow in the Evidenced Based Practice and Reasearch Institute in San Diego CA. My evidenced based project was IV LEAGUE: The Positive Impact of Implementing a Blended PIV Education Program for Pediatric Surgical Nurses. The project was very successful, and I am excited to share this with the vascular access community.
