Nancy Moureau, PhD, RN, CRNI®, CPUI™, VA-BC owns PICC Excellence, Inc., an education service provider for infusion therapy and vascular access device insertion and care, with over 40 years of experience. Dr. Moureau's clinical expertise spans pediatric, neonatal, ICU PICC/IV Team, and home infusion patient care. PICC Excellence has 90+ online educational courses and pathways for insertion competency and credentialling. PICC Certification™ CPUI™, Certified PICC Ultrasound Inserter, and now Neonatal PICC CNPI credentialing programs were established to validate education, knowledge, and competency for PICC inserters. An active researcher and author of over 100 publications, Dr. Moureau received the Herbst Award for lifetime contributions to the specialty of vascular access. Dr. Moureau recently published a UGPIV Mastery Learning with a Bundle of courses that received the Seal of Approval from INS.
