Tami Cason has been a neonatal nurse at Rady Childrens Hospital for 22 years. She has spent the last 12 years as a critical care transport nurse who also specializes in vascular access for neonates. She teaches locally on vascular access topics related to insertion, care and maintenance, and complication management. She has presented at two local conferences and presented posters at two national conferences.
