Karen Mueller

Karen Mueller spent her career in life sciences. She started as a Registered Nurse gaining experience in several front-line patient care settings including vascular access. After nursing, she moved into Medical sales to learn the business side of healthcare. She is currently the founder and CEO of SterileCare Inc, a Canadian medical device company.
Karen also serves as a member of the Canadian Antimicrobial Innovation Coalition to help protect Canadians from the dangerous rise in antimicrobial resistance (AMR). She served as a committee member in the development of the 2019 Canadian Vascular Access and Infusion Therapy Guidelines. She is the recipient of innovation and impact awards and nominee for the RBC Women of Influence award.
