Roxanne Canicula is the Nurse Manager of the Vascular Access and Procedures Center at The University of Texas MD Anderson Cancer Center, with over 13 years of nursing experience in medical oncology, acute care, and vascular access. She holds an MSN in Acute Care Gerontology Nurse Practitioner and is board-certified in oncology nursing (OCN). Roxanne leads operational improvements to enhance patient care, streamline workflows, and implement evidence-based practices. Her leadership focuses on patient safety, staff development, and interdisciplinary collaboration. Through quality improvement initiatives, she drives excellence in vascular procedures and contributes to improved patient outcomes.
